Michael Jacksons’s ‘This Is It’ will offer moviegoers and music lovers worldwide a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the performer as he developed, created, and rehearsed for his sold-out concerts that would have taken place beginning this summer in London’s 02 Arena. Chronicling the months from April through June, 2009, the film is produced with the full support of the Estate of Michael Jackson and and drawn from more than one hundred hours of behind-the-scene footage, featuring Jackson rehearsing a number of his songs for the show.

Tony Jakubiak (Benny Ciaramello) is careening through life as a black sheep under-achiever. He is the polar opposite of his older brother Frank (Scott Kinworthy), a D.A. with a beautiful and ambitious wife (Erica Shaffer), who is on his way to becoming the youngest Governor in history. One night and with one wrong turn, Tony is arrested for the brutal murder of a priest. A murder he didn’t commit. Big brother Frank wants to come to his rescue, but Tony won’t reveal his alibi for where he was at the time of the murder. As the trial gets closer, and a lifetime in prison becomes a possibility, Frank is shocked when he discovers where Tony was, and with whom. Frank now has the alibi and evidence to set his brother free. But this revealing and tawdry evidence threatens to end Frank’s career and dredge up a very incriminating incident in their past. Will Frank risk everything to speak out and save his brother? Or will he let Tony take the fall?

Hannah Maynard, prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague, is leading a trial against a former commander of the Yugoslavian National Army who is accused of the deportation and later killing of dozens of Bosnian-Muslim civilians. When a key witness commits suicide, it looks like the case will unravel, however Hannah refuses to give in. Hoping to uncover new findings, she travels to the witness’ burial in Sarajevo and meets his sister Mira who she senses has much more to say than she is willing to admit. Despite threats of violence, Mira reluctantly agrees to testify at The Hague. However, she and Hannah must both risk life and limb to make it to the court, only to discover that there are traitors among their own ranks.

From writer-director Ti West comes THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL, a satanic thriller set in the 1980s starring Jocelin Donahue (JT Petty’s forthcoming THE BURROWERS), indie ingenue Greta Gerwig (HANNAH TAKES THE STAIRS, BAGHEAD), Tom Noonan (SNOW ANGELS, MANHUNTER), Mary Woronov (EATING RAOUL, THE DEVIL’S REJECTS), AJ Bowen (THE SIGNAL) and Dee Wallace (E.T., Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN). Sam (Donahue) is a pretty college sophomore, so desperate to earn some cash for a deposit on an apartment that she accepts a babysitting job even after she finds out there is no baby. Mr. and Mrs. Ulman (cult actors Noonan and Woronov) are the older couple who lure Sam out to their creeky Victorian mansion deep in the woods, just in time for a total lunar eclipse. Megan (Gerwig) is Sam’s best friend, who gives her a ride out to the house, and reluctantly leaves her there despite suspecting that something is amiss. Victor (Bowen) at first seems like just a creepy guy lurking around the house, but quickly makes it clear that Sam will end this night in a bloody fight for her life….
